KLM Developments is a Malta-based property development company founded by Kenneth Borg, Luke Agius and Matthew Farrugia, bringing together more than 40 years of combined experience in Malta’s real estate market. The name KLM reflects the initials of its three founders and the personal involvement that remains at the heart of the company. KLM was established with a clear purpose: to develop well-designed homes where quality, functionality and long-term value come first. Our approach is shaped by years spent working closely with buyers, sellers and investors, giving us a practical understanding of what people look for in a home and where the development process can be improved. Our vision is to raise the standard of residential development in Malta through thoughtful design, practical layouts, carefully considered materials and greater attention to the quality of construction and finishing. We believe lasting value comes from getting the fundamentals right and making considered decisions at every stage of a development. Just as importantly, we believe buying a property should be an exciting and positive experience.
